Pamela Masucci is the founder and director of The Beauty Within Model Management ("TBW Models"), which is now in it's 5th year in business. TBW Models offers exciting opportunities in all fields of modeling and acting. Having been in the industry for nearly 30 years, first as a model and now as an agent and photographer, Pam teaches essential advice on modeling.

Our models and actors work in a variety of areas including fashion and commercial print, television production, feature film, video, industrials, infomercials, runway, tradeshow and promotional. TBW Models markets our models and actors throughout New England, and we have successfully placed many talented individuals in larger markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Milan, Hamburg, Barcelona, Munich, Athens, Tokyo, Osaka and Taiwan.

 Don't lose hope! We are limited by what looks work for our market. Your look or type might not work for our agency at this particular time. We encourage you to resubmit pictures after 6 months. If you are seriously interested in modeling, with hard work and persistence, you can find success.
